AFE stage 2 early results

Got AFE installed the other night.( Thanks Raul) So far according to Lie-O-Meter my MPG went up abt 1 mpg on hiway. and the truck kinda acts as if its about 500lbs lighter... maybe? Hard to tell , but does seem slightly more responcesive.

When it upsifts it sounds like it's exhailing,.Just going down the road no differance in sound, although going up a grade I did notice a faint whistle that i assume is coming from the turbo.

This is just the 1st step in the mods i have planned, I'm sure when tuned and getting on it I will hear more turbo noise.

Sounds about like my experience with the AFE Stage 2. Definitely pleased with the added performance it gave, although I didn't notice any real world mileage difference. If you start hearing a fluttering noise under load, you're probably experiencing turbo surge, which is very common. I noticed the surge on mine shortly after installing the AFE. Now that I've added a DP Tuner its much more pronounced. Need to get a WW in there soon.
