I think the general opinion is that 1200* is ok for a very short time. Boost I'm not sure about, I think it depends on your supporting mods. I don't like goin over 28/30 psi.

the egt temp depends on where your probe is. Post-turbo is cooler than pre-turbo. i wanna say about 200*. either way 1250* is high enough for long periods of time. short bursts will not hurt it.

Ive been told stuff starts melting at 1500*, and my previous truck ran over 900* quite a bit depending on how i drove it, and i never worried or had a problem with it

1250* all day long is not a problem as long as the probe is in the up pipe or manifold. High performance trucks will see 1600*-1800* on the race track and/or while sled pulling.

300* on average and Banks says 300* as well.

As it was explained to me, the rule is like this:

+200* if under 10psi of boost
+300* if between 10-20psi of boost
+400* if between 20-30psi of boost

My own testing has shown a very sporadic difference in the two depending on load and outside air temp but it is very close to the list above.

That is where it belongs or in the manifold.

1250* is your red line. It can stay there all day long and it will not hurt anything.
