Help in Minneapolis

Well I was gonna put in my ATS housing and turbomaster today and got in there and decided NO WAY was I gonna be able to get it. Probably the housing but no way the wasegate. It would be a cake job if I knew how to take the turbo off. I am no way capable of that. Anyone within an hour or so from Minneapolis that can help me out, I can pay ya if ya want.

Its really not that bad. Lay a heavy blanket or sleeping bag on the engine so you can climb up and lay on your stomach. The hard part is not losing the c-clip to the actuator rod. Just have the 2 bolts for the actuator and the c-clip and its off

Here is a pic of mine. Look at the arm and how it connects to the wastegate. It just presses on from the top and you have a c-clip to hold it in place. Then you just have the two bolts and its out

Yeah its a little tight with the hands, but you can do it. Just make sure you don't lose the c-clip. If you do the autoparts store will have some that will work. In fact I might have the nappa part #
