The short answer is... no...

The early 99 and late 99 are different programs...

AWA4? I thought early 99's were XLE#, mine was an XLE4 then I fried the computer and replaced it with an XLE8. But as I understand the chip code has to match the computer code.

No you can not with out a reburn.

You can run NVK (2000) and PMT (2001) together, and the 02 and 03 trucks together... The early 99's are a bastard truck...
