hypertech power programmer???

i had a hypertech powerprogramer 3 and i installed it under the 2nd setting but when i went to change it to the third it wouldnt let me get into it keeps saying error 91 but that code isnt in the book i have tryed and tryed with this thing and i jsut cant get it any help would be awseome

error 91 means that it is programmed to another vehicle. Have you had your pickup to ford lately. They may have reprogrammed the PCM and erased your program.

Error 91 means program your vehicle back to stock before trying to program another vehicle.
Did you by chance program another truck with it

no i havent and i was to the understanding that error 93 was the code that it threw when it had been programmed but really i put the chip in one day and the next day i went to change it and it wont let me enter what they call programmer mode

well i just went and tryed it again and it recognizes the vehicle it says programmer has prgramed then it scanes the codes and every thing and then when it askes to enter programmer mode press y and i do it and it just comes up with the error 91 code again
