I don't know anything about the BD unit. I know with custom tunes you can lock up the converter at different rpms in the programming. As far as the Stage 2 filter thats about the going price for the 7.3. Check with all the vendors on the forum Im sure you can get a better price

Go to user cp in the black bar near the top and on the left side of the page you will see edit signature that is where you will add the pic and info

Man I just can't see spending $420 when you can spend $42 on the DIY intake system.
