ATS Compressor Housing=JUNK

Got it today and was all pumped to get it put it, and it is a POS. The mounting holes were drilled out crooked and the metal was literally paper thin. Holes lookied like they were drilled about a 1/4" in the wrong spots as well. On the inside they forgot to polish it all so half of it was still rough. A chunk of metal where the wastegate mounts was missing. Man I tell ya what for 410 bones you would think ATS would have there SH!T RIGHT. Its going to get figured out buy the vendor I bought it from so thats good. Im not sure if I even want to deal with their product anymore, but they are the only ones who make this part.

Yea, I sent him the pictures of it, he forwarded to them to the owner of ATS. ITP Diesel is AWESOME. There is no dought in my mind that it will be taken care of.

I ordered mine thru ATS. When it finally came in about 5 months after I order it. It was the same way. I sent pictures to ATS so they sent me another one, to my suprise it look just like the one I returned to them. The inside of the housing loooks terrible, full of flashing, burrs, porosity. The factory unit looked far better than the ATS. After there Tech told me that is how it is suppose to look and that it wouldn't hurt anything. I finished boring & polishing it myself. I will not ever buy from them again.

I will give them one more chance, if it is a POS it will get sent back and not one good word will be said about them by me on any post.

That's three so far, has anyone else that bought this had the same problem??
are they all this way from the factory?

What housing did you get? That sounds like alot of money? Those ATS initials dont mean chit. You can get the same product (sometimes with ATS on them) from another company.
