TS Chip hard shift?

I just got a TS 6 position chip and it shifts really hard. I was wondering if anybody tell me why and how to fix it.

Call up TS or where you got it from.... hard shifts are usually a tune issue

Mine did the same thing.. only in the 140extreme..

In the rest of the tunes, it shifted SOFTER, and crappier than stock....

Needless to say, I am chipless, and MISERABLE at the moment...

BUT, taking solace in the fact that my Chip is on its way to Tony Wildman.. and will come back better than I have known....

I have spoken with Tony, AND Raul.. GREAT people to deal with, and both have ALOT of patience....
