should i change chips?

i just bought a 200 f250 and it has the banks power pack installed on it. i love the power its putting out but it doesnt blow smoke. i was thinking of switching the chip with a ts performance chip. would this work ok? would i expect about the same performance out of it or more?

From what I have read around here Tony wildman chip is what you want with custom tunes.
