Ok here's what I think, I was on the phone with Tony for an extended period of time tonight and he explained to me how every truck is different and how every PCM will react differently from one tune to the other. I couldnt begin to talk about all the good stuff we spoke about, but he made me fully assured that computer tuning is an art, and that many times you cant just throw any old tune on any one truck, the burns may not work well on that truck. Long story short, its not uncommon for a chip to back and forth between the customer and the tuner several times inorder to make the truck run great. I am fully confident that Tony will be able to get the tuning issues resolved with my chip and I hope the same is true for the rest of you. He's an awesome guy to talk with on the phone, he honestly wants to help you to get the truck running perfect. Unlike other people out there that blow customers off and dont return phone calls, Tony has AWESOME customer service, and I wont let any tuning issues make me think othewise. He'll get us all going good I'm sure of it. Have confidence.
