Need a little bit of clarification

1. What exactly does the banks trans command do??? Is it worth the money? Where does it plug in?

2. On automatic clucth slippage, it is where your rpms go up and you are not going anywhere right? SInce I put my VB in seems like it shifts at higher rpms, that is normal right? I am just trying to make sure I understand what clutch slippage is and what I need to look for when it comes to tranny problems.
