Lope Idle

Is the lope idle tune hard on hpop or anything else. Not many people have it just wondered I think it would sound cool.

I ran it for about a year with a DpTuner and had no problems, my truck just naturaly sounds that way now after the buildup. now that sounds cool..

whats lope idle? is it just a high idle??

I dont know if its hard on anything but i thought it sounded awesome. when jody burned the chip i told him i had the shimmed fpr. I took the bb out to test the difference and now it sounds better on the other settings than lope so heres a for ya

The lope idle tune makes it sound like its got a big cam in it

it's a tune that some of the guys run that fools the pcm into thinking that the icp is low, causing the hpop to ramp up pressure which inturn makes the engine lope like a cammer. the 10K mod will also give you this sound

is it hard on anything? when my ebvp kicks in and when it idles up people think its a jet

is that just for a gen 2 PS or will it work in a gen 1

I assume it will work. the hpop system is generally the same isn't it..
