TS Chip Question

I'm thinking about getting a TS Chip for my 01 Excursion. Which setting is best for the best fuel Eco?

usually the higher HP settings like 75 or 80 are best for fuel economy, if you can keep your foot out of the pedal

In my 97 i have found that the 50 hp is the best for economy. Buddy of mine is a dealer and said he gets the best econ. on higher settings, but its hard to keep your foot out of the throttle then. Good Luck

How much better mpg should I expect? I'm also wondering are the econ settings on the TW and DP chips much better?

What setting would be good for towing?

Also I know alot of people on here like DP and TW chips, but I want to how people, who have a TS chip, feel about it.

I am happy with my chip...

I normally drive in either the 75, or 100 setting... no boost anihlator will be here tomorrow..

So, I can actually GET ON IT...

But.. been running this chip for a month.. NO COMPLAINTS

Ive had the TS chip since late 2005. I love it. I usually run around in the 50hp setting or stock. Yet I have the 75 and 100 settings as well. Like everyone said gotta learn to keep the foot out of the throttle.

I loved my TS chip, it had stock, high idle, 50 tow, 80 econo, 100 race, 140+ extreme. I now have custom tunes on it from Swamps to run my single shot injectors. I would like to try TW out to see if he is better but haven’t gotten around to calling him yet. What ever you do you have to have gauges first!
