my TS chip on the 140hp setting would really blow some smoke. Maybe you can contact the place you got the chip from and ask them if they can reburn it and maybe then it'll blow some juice.

Something don't sound right. Mine blows coal in every setting. Just a little in the 50hp setting, a little more in 75, a good amount in 100 and alot of coal comes out in the 140 setting. I would make sure that your ts chip is working. You may not be getting a good connection. Or I would contact TS performance about it. They may say to send it back for a reburn. Or you can opt for a reburn from Twildman or another company.

Mine really rolled the coal in the 140 tune on the stock turbo. Must be something wrong with the tuning

i'll drive it around a little more and see if it'll blow any coal...but the guy who installed it for me told me without a doubt the connections were clean...he said he made sure he got them clean because I had dirt and manure inside of my PCM cover

that rumor is TRUE, I'm living thru it right now. As of now Tony Wildman is trying to get TS to warranty my chip so he can burn it.

The 99 and later trucks should have no problem blowing smoke in the 140 setting on the TS. The 94-97 trucks have a harder time blowing smoke because their injectors are smaller than the superduty trucks, but even then they might smoke a bit. You guys with the "no smoke" issues probably have some kind of problem with the TS chip in your truck, a problem with tuning.
