I am fairly new to the 7.3L Powerstroke. The 2002 CCLB 7.3L PSD that I just purchased with 242,000 miles is getting about 18-19 Highway and 15-16 in town.

It is completely stock and I haven't pulled with it yet, so those #'s are rolling empty.

Ya, towing heavy you will get as little As 8mpg. Empty freeway, you could be as high as 20.

depends if its 2wd or 4wd. if its a regular cab. if its a dually.
but the 8-20 range is a good beginning guess.
my TW tuned ts chip on my e99 ex. cab, long bed 4wd. stock except exhaust would get me 17 in town and 20 max on highway
