whats the best cold air intake to us k&n or airaid?

ive got the 7.3 2000 f-350 thank you not sure which cold air in take to go with? any help is greatly appreicated.

The best intake would be either a Tymar or DIY intake.


If you're set on getting one of those two, go with the Araid.

Most say the 6637 DIY but everyone says stay away from K&N

i like my s&b but i would do the 6637 if i were you. i wish i woulda known about the 6637 i would have done that instead of my s&b

Go with the 6637 its cheap and works great. Have installed many of them into 7.3's

-2002 f350 7.3L diesel
-20x12 fuel hostages, 325/50r20 atz's
-05 grille, bull bar, recon lights
-BTS
-Garrett 38r
-5inch straight pipe to 7inch fte black stack
-Full force 210/100
-Adrenaline hpop

I run 6637, love it. It replaced the K&N that was on the truck. Much happier now.
