Ceramic Brake pads?
How much does our trucks benefit from switching to ceramic pads? I've always switched in my cars for the added braking power, and elimination of brake dust on the rims. Are these trucks too heavy for ceramics? Thanks.

I switched my truck over to ceramic pads and upgraded to the slotted rotors and I love it. Have gone about 25,000 miles and they are still like new. I live in the mountains where I use them a lot. Best part is I have no brake dust either. Definitely the way to go.

I have heard to many bad things about Ceramics on our trucks, like brake fade, no brakes when you first hit them and they are cold etc... Do some searching on this. You will be much better off going with the LTS pads from Hawks or a aet of FP. For the rotors cyro'd powerslots are awesome!!
