Gen 2 WW in a 38r
I have a 38r and I love it, I'm planning on doing a regulated return and stage 1 injectors in a few weeks. I was wondering if I replaced the stock wheel in the turbo with a gen II if there would be any differance.

Is the Gen 2 WW available for the 38r yet? Don't see it yet on Dieselsite.

I'm not sure my friend recommended it to me, I was just seeing if it would be a good idea before I started to look around

I've been keeping my eye on it as well. Looks like a cost-effective power modification - can't afford not to do it.

Yeah it seems pretty reasonable, I just didn't know if it would help the 38r or if it was ment more for a stock trbo

Similar to the Gen 1 WW, which has specific designs for the 38 and 38r, I can only presume that there will be a difference with the Gen 2 WW between the 38 and 38r. Just haven't seen anything specific yet for the 38r (gen2).

Re: Gen 2 WW in a 38r
The wheel is available at dieselsite. I bought one two weeks ago. Haven't installed it yet though. They have dyno runs from a few trucks to show the gains.

That's just the regular gen II wicked wheel, we would need one for the 38r
