installed the KCM HPX oil crossover line

smoothed idle out, no more bouncing rpms at idle either, maybe quieted it down a little on acceleration nd cruising speeds as well, kinda hard to tell. IP think i forgt to oil up the o-rings before i put it on but its not leaking so i think im ok? i hope

Did you use a hard line type or one of the kind that has a rubber hose inbetween the metal ends?

I put one of these on too on my truck and noticed beter throttle responce and it also quieted down the injector rattle too. Mine was the steel line that KCM offers. I think it was worth the money.

Okay, so where did you purchase the steel one from? I bought the rubber one and it doesn't fit. I want to check out this steel one before I send the other one back.

I just got mine, haven't put it on yet. I got it here from Performance Oil Products. I hope you don't mean the one you got that doesn't fit is the one I got?

mine is a kcm diesel one, i got mine from them but itpdiesel.com sells it as well.

I got mine at IPT Diesel. The stainless steel one fits perfectly. Definitely smoothed the idle out. Seems smoother while cruising also. Worth the money. I idled mine next to my buddies and you can hear the difference. I'm gonna put his on this weekend.
