foil delete

got a couple questions what is the foil delete what does it do. what are the best chips or programmers for the 7.3 ive owned mine for about a year ive got the banks six gun in my truck now but i think i want to get something different. just want the best bang for the buck oh my truck is a 2000 ford f250

foil delete is taking the foil off the drivers side intercooler tube it does absolutly nothing for performance the make your turbo sound a little louder in the cab and dp-tuner for your chip there is no comparison between dp and 6gun the dp is simply awsome

What he said.You will really hear your turbo when she hits around the 8-11 psi mark with the foil gone.

Does it really make that much diff. on turbo noise???? what is its org. purpose? foil delete

The foil I would imagine is to reduce passenger compartment "noise"...



And, when cleaned up and polished, can look pretty good...

Though, yes, its looking pretty rough in these pics...
