Granatelli or Quadzilla Monitor

Ok I am ready to start my motor mods and have decided to go with a digital monitor for now and add some analog guages down the road. I am looking for a monitor that will both read and clear dtc's and give accurate engine stats. I have noticed that the Granatelli and the Quadzilla commander are the same unit but it apears that the big G reads and clears codes and the Quad does not. If someone has any info on the Quad being able to let me know. I can get the Big G from Summit for $319 the best I have seen on the Quad is$349. Just looking to see if anyone knows the differences between the two.

ive never heard of the big G reading codes, i know quadzilla makes the monitor and they sell them to van aken and grannetti

I dont think the dash hawk supports our trucks if it does pleas respond becasue Ill buy it if it does all the stuff it says it does.

I think Marty has a Quadzilla I'll send him a PM to see if it reads codes.

also quadzilla makes the uniits for granatelli.... if you decide to go with the granagelli let me know because i can also get you that if you want it...

Before you purchase anything from Granatelli, make sure to call and ask if it's in stock. I am a GMS fan and I love there programmer in my truck, but I waited months for the commander to come in and everytime I stopped by their shack to see if the commanders were in (GMS is right down the street from me) they had none in stock and kept telling me next week. Needless to say, I finally just bought regular gauges because I got tired of waiting and I needed them. GMS is good people other than that.

From the Edge WEB site it doesn't look like the Insight works on pre 2003 trucks. Do you know if it actually works on 2000 7.3 L?
