Chip or Programmer? What Manufacturer?

My buddy gave me a Banksd Ottomind chip from his pickup. Everyone I have talked to on other forums said I should consider another chip. I decided to sell the chip on Ebay and was able to get $200.00 out of it. Now I'm trying to decide what to go with. Chip...Programmer...What manufacturer..etc? I'm looking at setting my truck up to run the 1/4 mile in 13 secs, but I would like to be able to spank my buddy's Hemi Dodge. Like I said before, I don't need a drag truck, just something to give the truck a little more performance. Any thoughts?.....thx

Most people on here will tell you to go with a chip either from DP tuner or Tony Wildman

yah i aggree with what these guys said.... i prefer TW chips for a couple of reasons..... also with only a chip its gonna be hard for you to hit 13's quarter mile... realistically your prob looking at low 15's with a 4x4 boost launch.... to get into the 13's your gonna need bigger upgrades like Turbo and big oil...
