MY NEW SCT/GOGO Tunes

I have a question??? I have Three new GOGO tunes on my SCT and when I get on it my truck makes a weird noise....I don't think it's the turbo..but it might be!! Does anybody know what it might be!!Im kinda worried! With my edge it didn't do this!!

when you floor it does it make a slight pinging sound, and then go away when you let off the pedal?

I'll get a sound clip... almost like pre detonation lol...

ya my tuck does it when I got the pedal mashed, and stops as soon as I let off the pedal a but. My tuner said its predetonation, and is expected on most hot tunes. We'll see if Wildman can fix that predetonation for me next week when he does some tuning. WHOO.

No Its not a pinging sound...Its like a really Loud and very forceful Surge...ITs not though! But it only does it when I floor it...right before it shifts.

I think the predetonation is a timing issue...

Is it boost pressure feeding back through the intake maybe when its shifting?

No, it's nothing to do with that...
Stock turbo, stock intake right now, just straight piped and tuner until we get a peice of pipe.

If you hold the pedal at 3/4th throttle it's normal. At full throttle it feels no different and it sounds like DAT DAT DAT about 10 times a second.

I think it's possibly pre-detonation, a timing or fueling issue.

Ah okay maybe try some cetane booster and see what happens worth a shot.
