Tuner and exhaust setup

I'm about to buy a 2000 f250 crewcab and put a 4 inch rough country lift with 35 inch ss m16 tires. What would be the best overall tuner (mpg, horsepower, I like the look of rolling coal, and just overall performance. Exhaust, 5 inch mbrp with 6 inch tip? I'm just wanting to see what experience y'all have had. Maybe a 4 inch down pipe?

use the search button for custom tuned chips or something along those lines. no such thing as a single "best" tuner. custom tuned chips will get you better mpg than off the shelf ones.

FYI rolling coal is for tools. if you want smoke, buy a 12 valve.

Oh ya, Welcome to the org
