Banks 1.0 housing vs others
My buddy at the local shop called me to tell me about a deal he has. Not sure how good it is so I am asking you guys.
It’s a very lightly used turbo with the banks wheel, banks turbine housing and the banks actuator. The guy that had it installed it is looking for more power on his 00 then decided it was not enough so the shop pulled it to install a bigger better turbo and I think injectors.
He is selling it for about what it would cost me to get the ats housing and the WW.
So the question, is the banks housing worth much? Or is it better to just wait and get the ats one I read so much about?
