aFe intake install

Any tips for installing an afe intake on my 2002 7.3? i know its not too difficult. planning on doing it later today, anything that would help would be great.

Don't bolt the intake tube to the housing right away. Put on the rubber coupler and attach the tube to the CCV adapter and then leave the clamps loose until you bolt the tube to the housing. If you do it differently you will understand why I am saying what I am saying.

install was easy. just finished and took it around the block. amazing how much you can hear it sucking air. thanks for the insight, it helped. install went ery smoothly. Edge chip soon to come.
