Would there be any difference between the Universal ATF or the Torqueshift ATF fluids. Anyone use either of these two?

you want the universal for your rig

would amsoil be better than mercon

your tranny will run cooler with the amsoil

i just had the pan removed and the filter changed, refilled with mercon, so i only have about 3k on that. need to wait a while for the amsoil, how long can the amsoil be in there, what is the mileage before a change with amsoil

Flushed my tranny & rear end, changed the filter and used all Amsoil fluids for the first time and even the wife noticed a difference from the passenger seat. Towed a 5th wheel and noticed a very slight improvement in MPG's but everything shifted smoother. Wasn't sure how I would like the Amsoil stuff but it seems to be as good as everyone here says.
