Still waiting on a couple more deleveries before install, but these came today...
Thanks Dieselsite for the awesome customer service!! Not sure if anyone has posted any results with the new 38R WW and stock injector, I know the 38R already flows more than enough air for the fuel a stock injector can flow, but thought maybe aa slight drop in egt's or faster spool up can be had with this new wheel, if not it will set me up for when I can afford to upgrade. Sorry for the crappy camera pic, cant find my camera..

thanks, got a lifetime warranty water pump + lower hose coming from them, should be here tomorrow. Then waiting on some other boxes till I tear it down.

You probably already know, but I would recommend using RTV on that new thermostat housing. Supposedly you don't need to apply RTV...

I thought that I might be one of the lucky ones to get it to work without the RTV (using only the gasket), and mine weeped ELC. My buddy had the same setup and his leaked, too.

I just did mine with the DS 203 stat, there gasket fit very good, i didnt use rtv and i even reused the old neck, it wasnt in too bad of shape being an 03.
I bought there water pump too, but didnt need it as it was both of the neck gaskets leaking once i got in there and tearing it apart, i just replaced gaskets and t stat for now.... Fluid change and im good to go for a bit.

As you can see from the pics I will not be reusing the tstat neck, I got the billet one. Ill try it out first and add the rtv if I need it. Thanks for the heads up..
