those running twin HPOPs, how many oil lines?
I have a BTS setup which runs two hoses, one from each pump to each head with an equaliser line right behind the pump.
This is the setup I have had since I bought the truck. I have had constant issues with pumps blowing the rear plate out and the latest was the plug blew out where the stock oil lines attach to the HPOP. Stripped the threads out and all. With only two lines I am thinking that the pumps are over pressuring themselves. I would bet the pressure in the pump is higher than the heads. It seems easy enough to add another two lines off each pump to each head. The ports are there on the pumps and the heads, I just need to get the fittings and lines made up. I have noticed the Gen3 and stealth versions all have two lines to each head. If you have bigoil or rather a twin pump setup let me know what you have. Cheers |
