looking for 400hp out of my truck

so as it stand right now im making 295hp/600t at the ground. all the truck has is 5" turbo back exhaust, intake, built trans and a custom tune. ive been talking to some guys and this is what ive come up with. 38r turbo, t500 HPOP, stage 2 injectors, fuel pump and a new custom tune. im trying to get as many opinions on this as i can, so what do you all think? anything im missing or do you think something is overkill/out of line?

You will probably want to add a RR fuel system to that list.

But other than that, it sounds like a good plan. A lot of people run that setup and it is proven.

If the truck has a RR you will know by looking in the engine bay. Does it have an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator mounted anywhere?
