Hypertech

Anyone here use a hyper tech chip? Looking for a tuner for my truck and hypertech fits my budget, esp used. Are they decent or do I need to save some more and go with SCT Edge or Bullydog?

We can get you going with a chip and custom tunes if you are interested. You will be much happier with custom tunes compared to canned tunes.

You can check out all of our tuning options HERE.

Shoot me an e-mail or PM if you have any other questions.

I had a Hypertech 3 stage chip on my truck when I bought it and I just sold it and bought the PHP 6 position chip. Night and day difference!
If at all posible save your money for a 6 position chip.

I had looked at DP at one point but I'm really not able to spend more than 500-600 total on a tuner. I would love to blow $2000 on it but that's just not gonna happen. I found an edge as well that I really like that a guy had on his 99 and it has 140hp tunes plus some others. He's asking $150 for it.

Ok, so I'm really loving the PHP chip! No offense to DP of course. I was liking the TW chip and this is not far from that.

Save your money and get custom tunes, it is pointless imo to run edge, bully dog or any of that other garbage, if anything get an sct and get custom tunes for it.
