I think, don't quote me, one or the other raises the voltage and one (I think swamps) raises the voltage and the frequency. Whatever that means

I really like mine, it's a tad touchy with my tunes turned on but you can Deffinately feel the power increase. It also quieted down the rumble at idle.

I love mine too, well worth the money. I will say though, if you already have touchy tunes, do not get a hi-voltage IDM; you will regret it.

These idms, will make the pedal slightly touchier/more responsive, but they will also give you a touch more power throughout. Some trucks will run smoother as well.

I have PHP tunes and Beans custom tunes on my 250/10's and its a great addition. Beans tunes with swamps IDM may be a little touchier than I like, but not bad. My truck feels like it has a bit more power from the time I hit the pedal all the way to the floor. More noticeable at cruising speeds I think. I get the same effect on stock injectors/standard tunes.

I'm not very good at explaining things, but it is money well spent as long as you do not have touchy tunes such as DP. Just my $.02

WHS, I never thought it'd make a difference but everyone I know that has one says they love it and can feel a difference in the truck, I don't know how they are on the dyno.
