Anyone else have a hard time to connect with these guys? Tried email twice and phone... no luck. Was going to buy a hydra, but having second thoughts now.

When did you try contacting them? i know Bill has been pretty active here on the forums lately... So hopefully if you don't get a response to your email soon he will see this thread and respond. Trust me you won't be dissapointed in the hydra chip!

I never have an issue getting through to Bill. He can be hard to get a hold of, but I get through ea day I need to call.

Unless you have questions, you have to order online and fill out the online forms.

It is well worth the wait if you need to get a hold of them.

I have tried calling for the past 2 days to get some information but haven't gotten any one on the line as of yet. Is leaving him an email a better way to have him call you back? Thanks

Bill is always very busy. I do not think there is one better way than the other.

What kind of questions do you have? we might be able to help. If you'd like, you can try to email him, join the php forum, send him a pm through the forum, etc.

I think we might be able to answer your questions though. Just a though

Thanks for the help. I have a DP Tuner in my truck now and i'm looking for a new tuner with better power as well as being less touchy. DP seems to run a lot of timing in their tunes and and the motors seems to rattle a lot more than some of the trucks I have been in. What has your experience been with with his tunes? it seems that PHP,TW and Beans seems to have a large following. I had an Edge tuner before but I think that helped kill my tranny. Thanks

Bills tuning is perfect of you don't want a really touchy pedal... My truck makes over 550hp and I would have no problem tossing the keys to my dad who isn't used to it and let him drive wherever.. With bills tunes its like driving a almost stock truck until you lay into it and the power just keeps coming. Even when the truck was stock with just a chip that's how it drove as well... Some tuners make it so were the power comes on quick and and the pedal is touchy to make it seem like you are making more power, but bills tuning is just smooth constant power
