First off, rating the injector by a stage isn't accurate at all. A stage 2 ranges from 160cc to 200cc. There will be a big difference in power between those 2. What cc size are you running. valve springs and pushrods would be insurance but aren't needed and for the hpop you will have to see if yours will hold icp with the new injectors. I'd look into tunes other than dp, but with good tunes I'd say 400-450 is a safe guess, all depends on tuning.

Sold 2001 f250 ccsb 4x4 400/400, dual terminators, swamps 80mm bfh, headers, bts and all the usual supporting mods. 715hp fuel only.

Sounds good...I would find someone with Autoenginuity to borrow or buy one if you want (or use something comparable) and test all of your system components especially your hpop and if everything is good then I would get a regulated return injectors and turbo and you should be good. but as far as power being made depends on how well your tuned but like it was said before stage 2 is wide range of injectors. Pin point a size you want and there could be some educated guess as to horse power. Riff raff diesel has a great package deal with injectors and turbo and FRX

2002 F250 Super Cab 4X4, 110k, Banks Ram Air, 5in Turbo Back Exhaust, FRX, HPX, CCV, Warn Hubs, Bilsteins 5160 with remote reservoirs all way around, Energy Suspension Bushings, Powerstop Slotted Roters, Crown Performance SS Brake lines, Autometer Triple gauges, TW 6pos Chip, Mag Hytec front and rear differential covers.... I was towing a 6000 lb trailer on the extreme setting once up a hill(I know its stupid but didn't see egt's higher than 900 and my probes in my manifold) I threw a code with no SES light for low or uncontrollable icp i think p1211? i've heard that means a weak hpop but i cleared it and haven't seen it again, and yes about the fuel system i was thinking a regulated return and a lift pump.
