Might be? I bought the intakes and went to put them on an the spyder is smaller than intakes. Stock spyder is 2.25" the stock 1.75". do they make boots to fit?

I just went through the same thing ur goin through, i had to get a hole new spyder pipe and boots for the bottom, and if you put the bigger turbo on it you will need new up pipes and a turbo pedestal.

No such thing. Early99 is 2".

If you want to convert from early99 to late 99 you will need up pipes, pedestal, spyder, turbo and 3" intake plenums.

I have the 3" spyder and pedestal from a 2002 in a box I will let go for $200 delivered. You would need the up pipes and turbo.

I upgraded to an H2E. I was going to do the same as you but I changed my mind half way through.
