stock HPOP

Hey all,

Just making sure didn't want to be wrong on this but was wanting to know if the stock HPOP in a 2000 7.3L F350 was the 15* or the 17* splash plate. never actually seen anywhere where it says yes this is the one for these years and this is the one for these years.

the late 99.5 to 2003 super duty's have the 17 degree hpop's i believe
the early 99 and obs trucks have the 15 degree hpops

i know its a dumb question but whats the difference between the 15* and the 17* (other then 2*) advantages/disadvantages?

You can pump more with the higher plate and maintain pressures.
