What kind of scaner where they using? the ones autozones use don't always work on diesels.

You may have to take it to a repair shop that works on diesels...

I got a ses light so I had to pull over anyways to put my intercooler boot back on.When I got back in the truck to start it back up,the light was off.I just ran over to Advance auto quick because it was convenient.Oh yeah, already ordered new boots cause I dont trust factory ones.

To get around it, you get an overboost eliminator. You put it in line between the spider and the MAP.
To get around ICP, you don't. If it's too high, get a different tune. If it's too low, run a lower tune, or get a bigger HPOP. OR the ICP could just be reading wrong/bad.

I already have a boost annhialator from driven diesel.I had my truck in the 80 economy tune and I have a DP tuner with custom tunes. So it was turned down, imagine it turned up then what would happen?I dont believe it is my ipr,I would say it was overboost cause it pegged off of 30 psi and my gauge only goes to 30.So its hard saying how high of boost it really was.Ive did some research and my future mods are hpop and injectors.Anybody know how big of injectors I can run.And not a guess,Id like to know from someone who is a professional. My mods are AFE stage II intake system,4" MBRP exhaust,Garrett GTP 38r turbo,Regulated return fuel bowl delete from strictly diesel,DP tuner,Walbro 392 gsl lift pump,All DPP intercooler boots,Coolant filtration,Post pump fuel filter system from Strictly diesel,AIH delete,CCV mod,Boost Annhialator,Trans, boost, exhaust and fuel pressure gauges.Any professional advice please?

If you have a "boost annihilator", how could be an overboost code then?
If you still get an SES light after installing this product, please CLEAR YOUR CODES, DRIVE THE TRUCK TO GENERATE A NEW SES LIGHT AND READ THE CODES AGAIN...you are only having an Overboost issue if you are STILL getting a P1249 or P0238 code. It is very common for P1211 "Injection Pressure" codes to happen under heavy throttle about the same time the truck is making it to 24psi of boost...making it seem like an overboost issue.
I didn't say IPR, I said ICP over/under/desired

I will just have to take it and have it scanned professionally. The light went off shortly after it came on.Thats what stumped me.Would an aftermarket hpop get rid of the icp problem?
