lightest clutch for a 38R and injectors?

Had manual transmissions in my trucks all my life and getting the itch to swap out the auto for a ZF-6 and will most likely upgrade injectors/turbo as they need replacing. My old truck was a ZF-6 with an 'aftermarket' clutch, but it was stiff as heck. Who makes a good quality clutch that doesn't make your left leg ache in traffic?

What is the stock clutch rated for ?
I know in my diesel car the OE clutch was just barely adequate for the stock power, almost any upgrade required a clutch change.

My truck has ZF-6 also and I have been wondering at what power level is a new clutch needed.
