Another GTP-38 Wheel Design?

I had originally posted this in another thread, but I'm not getting any response there - so I thought i'd see about here.
I'm doing my own trubo rebuild and was hunting for some parts.
While looking around on ebay I came across this:
MFS Compressor Wheel GTP38 Threaded Bore Reverse | eBay

it's an 11 fin, non-WW style wheel, nor Batmo desing.
Appears to fit into a stock housing (even though I'm looking at getting a ported one.)
I know more fins dont necessarily mean more air - but any idea's on this thing?
I'm really curious, and about it.

Looks like it is a custom made wheel. Not really sure of those specs given fit our housing or not but I wouldnt buy anything with an address like that! And not for that price.

We talked about this. I think it's a big hoax. Also it is made in malaysia, I wouldn't feel comfortable having that in my turbo.
