how would it sound?

how would it sound if I cut the muffler off and put a pipe or a flex pipe there, that way it would be a straight pipe. I know someone out there did this but i can't find him

My 4'' pipe came from a leftover piece off a 4'' exhaust, the "extension" pipe that is for the crewcab/longbed needs to be cut down a few inches and either flared or get yourself a 4''-4'' union exhaust clamp.
