Tdp tunes

I have a chip with custom tunes from total diesel performance on my 97 Powerstroke and it's in the shop getting its 3rd transmission and engine work, I'm putting it back all stock because it can't handle it anymore for some reason will they reburn it for my 2000 7.3 for free or no? It says reburns are free on the site but idk...

Well now they told me the transmission was being messed up because the computer wasn't getting a signal from the speed sensor and it would tel the transmission to shift up or down.... Idk i should have just ordered a fully built tranny to begin with but I guess ill find out if they got it right this time! Lol and I sent off the chip to get reburned this morning! Can't wait to get it back
