stock shock length

I have a 2000 f350 reg cab long box srw with the snowplow prep package according to the window sticker that was still in the glovebox and with 140000 miles on the clock i would like to upgrade the shocks. Anybody know the lengths i need cause most sites i've look at only show for 2.5" of lift or more for there shocks.

Also how do i know for sure my truck has the snowplow prep package and does this give it a taller stance cause iVe parked next to other 99-03 f350 and my truck looks to stand taller than some. I have stock size tires.
