Bean custumer service

So I got my Bean 6 position programmer yesterday. I installed it as discribed but it will only starton two positions. I have cleaned and recleaned my J port but nothing seems to change. I called and emailed Beans but have got no reply. I need this truck pull ready by Monday.

Who should I order my next programmer from?

Not sure what you want. Beans is good, just maybe hard to get a hold of. Not like they're ignoring you.
Either it needs to be reburnt or it's an installer error.

mulshound,

They are not vendors on here so they are not normally on this forum. If you are not on any other forum keep trying to call them. They are also a full service shop and not always right next to the phones.

If your saying you have repeatedly cleaned the PCM terminals where you plug in the chip you may have removed the solder...if so you will have to re-tin it.
