Banks quick turbo assembly yes or no?

I have a 2003 7.3l with 100k S&B intake, superchips, 4" turbo back straight pipe, snow water methanol injection, AFE bladrunner intake elbow. I have some surge going on. I would like to get rid of it and possibly gain some better turbo performance. I was thinning about the banks quick turbo setup. Anybody have any feed back on it or any other suggestions. All would be appreciated. Thanks

NO>>>>

Try a WW its cheap and usually fixes the problem, or look at a GTP38r.

The 1.0 housing is nice; it alleviates a lot of drive pressures from the stock .84 housing.
