Do they change the sound of the exhaust at all?? I always thought they were just for looks?
Can you get a 4 inch tip to go on the stock 3.5 inch? Is it woth it on a staight piped truck?

sound wont' change much... the last hanger prevents the tip from being long enough to really matter.
Straight piped witha 4" tip looks good! |

It changes the sound alot!!! Get a 6 inch tip with a 4 inch inlet. Mine sounded like a popcorn machine w/ the straight pipe, but with the 6inch tip it sounds awsome!!! It gives it a much deeper sound.....

It all depends on the length of the tip. In all reality...anything shorter than 12" or so is going to make a negligable difference.

Well, my exhaust is still 3.5". What is the biggest tip you can get to fit this, anyone know??
