I'm not the most informed on the FASS... I'll bump it and hopefully someone else will jump on it. I do know its a fuel pump, better than the factory one, and how big you need depends on what other mods you plan on doing to your truck.

FASS systems are definitely worth the money.

i no that you can get a 150/150 or a 95/150 and they are the same price. it will either pump i believe 150 gallons per hour or 95. so why not just get the 150 if its the same price? a few of my friends have them on their cummins. they start quicker and it purifies the fuel (due to dual filters on it) a 150/150 fass is the next thing on my list. and from my understanding you recieve 2-4 mpg but i dk if thats true.........

There will be no change is "smoke" but it will idle better, run better and there will be less air in the fuel...

It is a great addition to any truck. As far as smoke I think it will make less smoke since you wont have air entrained in the fuel.

Worth the money. There is also a 150/180 FASS. FASS stands for fuel air separation system.

Oh, well 2-4 mpgs is deff not what Im lookin for with diesel a 2.99 per gallon and rising. I thought fuel pumps make it smoke like a mug? And if it dont smoke that much how could the mpgs be so low? Thanks for the info!!!

Fuel leak? Look around the valley of the motor for pools of fuel.
