TS 6 position, bad idea with 235k?

Just installed 5" exhaust and cold air intake, other than that truck is bone stock minus cosmetics. Would it be a bad idea to install a TS with 235k on my truck?

I'd do it. Gauges should be before it though. I'd also put in a valve body.

Custom tunes are so expensive though! I can get a TS 6 position for $200

a PHP phoenix chip is $295 very reasonable for custom tunes in my humble opinion
