you can just put in a muffler delete pipe. And any time you remove restriction in the exhaust you should lower egt and will not create an issue

If you want to lower EGTs get a full turbo back system. An aftermarket muffler will have an "on paper" effect on EGTs but really it will only be about 50-100* if that.

I really want to have some muffler on it cause of it being a work truck they check it so what what will be my best option for an aftermarket muffler with stock piping will the diamond eye offset one work?

The stock muffler isn't the issue... its the dinky 3.5" stock piping! It's 100% pointless to spend money and waste time on the stock exhaust. I got my 5" turboback SHIPPED for $320 for crying out loud... thats the price of any muffler you will find.
