PHP customer service issues
Hey guys,
I ordered php tunes on a ts chip. Php processed my order 6/5/12 said would ship by 6/8 give or take couple days depending on workload. Contacted php 6/21/12 by phone (finally) and she said they was going to ship that day, still didn't get it. Sent emails to all addresses on website, Bill contacted me on 7/2/12 said he was going to tune chip and send 7/3/12. Here it is 7/13/12 still no chip, can't get php by phone or email.........Has anyone else had any similar issues with php? |

I'd call my credit card company and dispute the charges

i know they get busy but its well worth it. |

Send Bill an email. They are closed this week and will probably need a day or two next week to just catch up on calls and emails.

It took me two months two get my chip from PHP. Getting a hold of them was a royal PITA, and it finally took me exploding on their forums to get SOME attention. I cut them some slack because they had some family issues during that time, but the total lack of communication really irritated me. If they had simply e-mailed me and told me the situation, I would have been more than undrstanding.
That being said, I was very happy with the tunes when I finally got them. |
