Air intake heater

If I delete this how much will cold weather starting be affected. Im not talking bout 30 degrees either im talking below zero weather.

It won't be affected. For the AIH to come on, the parking brake has to be on, voltage 11.8-15, oil temp below 131, park or out of gear on manuals, glow plugs off and air temp below 32.

It shouldn't throw an SES light, but it may set a soft code. Which wouldnt be noticed until you had your codes pulled for any reason..

Also makes a great spot to install a boost gauge

As stated; it's not needed. I have mine removed for 4 yrs or so and it does not effect the truck at all.
It only sets a soft code, nothing to worry about.
